The softly rounded coral is decorated with hand-worked silver inlay, forming a striking pattern of dots and geometric lines against its deep black surface. Known traditionally as yusr, black coral was treasured across Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula and was often incorporated into jewellery or prayer strands.

Set within a handcrafted sterling silver frame, the antique coral becomes the sculptural centre of a clean, contemporary ring. The adjustable band provides flexibility in fit while its double-line form gives the design strength without overwhelming the historic focal piece.

Its natural markings, aged surface and individually worked silver pattern ensure that this  ring can never be precisely reproduced.
