A slender, round sterling silver bangle centred with a rare piece of antique black coral from Yemen.

Traditionally known as yusr, black coral was used across Yemen and the Arabian Peninsula in jewellery and prayer strands. This antique piece is decorated with hand-worked silver inlay, forming a delicate dotted pattern across its naturally dark surface. Every mark reflects the patient work of the original artisan.

The patterned coral is framed in sterling silver and set onto a fine adjustable bangle, allowing the historic element to remain the focus. Minimal in form yet rich in story, it brings together antique Yemeni craftsmanship and clean contemporary design.

Because the coral and its silver decoration were formed by hand, each piece is entirely individual and cannot be exactly repeated.
